- The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Before returning any item, please contact our support team with:

- Photos or videos (if the item is damaged or defective)
- A brief description of the issue
Once approved, we will provide you with clear return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Return shipping fees may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
❗ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
After verification, we will offer:

✔ A full refund
At no additional cost to you.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened or used wellness or personal care products
- Items showing signs of misuse or damage
- Customized or personalized items
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Consumable products (creams, gels, wipes, skincare products, etc.)
🔄 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different model, size, or color:

This process ensures faster handling and better product availability.
💰 Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the result.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

🇪🇺 EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
Customers located in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period.
During this time, unused items may be returned for a full refund without providing a reason.
